What makes Way Out Kombucha taste different?
Legitimately small batch
On the scale of national kombucha producers, we hardly even make that much kombucha, which means we can nurture the fermentation process and pay close attention to the product. It results in delightful effervescence and deep clarity.
Unique Black + Yaupon Tea Blend
We use a native Yaupon tea in our blend. It results in a level of clarity that isn't reached in many kombuchas that you purchase at super markets. Read more about Yaupon tea here. We're always working on new blends and flavors based on seasonality, accessibility, and general vibes.
Tea-forward kombucha is having a moment right now, but we do add small amounts of juice to bring you fun, approachable flavors. We've worked hard to dial in a tea blend that plays well with fruit flavoring. Kombucha's live cultures ate the sugars on your behalf, resulting in a low-sugar beverage.
Try our sweeet tea.
It's a blend native yaupon tea from Central Texas. We use Lost Pines Yaupon tea, who forage for the best tea in Texas.
It is sweetened with monkfruit sweetener instead of artificial sweeteners or highly caloric normal sugar.
